The staff addressed a faulty tap issue in mere minutes, which I appreciated.
My stay had some hiccups. The room felt quite small and tired and definitely needs some refurbishment. The seat looked dirty and I saw chipped paint, also the shower door wasn't clean.

I found the team lovely and helpful. the hotel is reasonably priced. the location is central. The mall is a short walk. the underground station is also conveniently close.
the room was a bit tired. the decor could use some updating.
