Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the Westfield Shopping Centre, making it a practical choice for shoppers. While the breakfast was outstanding with a variety of options, the rooms definitely need some upgrades and tended to feel dated. The service was decent, providing quick check-in, but we did encounter some plumbing issues that detracted from the experience. Overall, value for money could be better given the room conditions.
The hotel boasts a fantastic location near transport links, making it convenient for exploring London. However, while the staff provided warm and helpful service, the rooms were quite outdated and not up to the expected standards for the price. The dining experience, particularly the breakfast buffet, offered great variety, but the overall room quality was disappointing.
The hotel is conveniently situated next to Shepherds Bush station and the Westfield shopping mall, making it easy to explore the area. While my room was clean and reasonably sized for London, it felt a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. The dining options were decent, but the service was a bit of a mixed bag, as I encountered some issues during my stay that weren't addressed adequately. Overall, it's a decent place if you're looking for accessibility and a clean room, but some updates would be beneficial.
Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is excellent for accessing various attractions, and the breakfast buffet was truly impressive. However, the rooms were somewhat dated and could use a refurbishment. The service was friendly, though there were some issues with the initial check-in experience. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the comfort of the gym and executive lounge amenities.
