i found a selection of food that suited me. i could choose options similar to what i eat at home... that was a plus. the workout rooms are adequately equipped. there is one room for cardio and another for weight training. transportation is convenient as the bus stop is right in front.
i encountered a minor issue. the cups in the room were paper and the bathroom lacked proper cups. room service arrived with wooden cutlery and takeaway containers. this felt somewhat inconsistent with the hotel standards.

the hotel's position is convenient, as many directions are served by the buses. the continuous bus service is useful especially when the weather isn't great. it is near to both the subway and a shopping center.

the management addresses every request. i was able to check in three hours early. i checked out two hours after midday, at no extra charge. before arrival, i discussed these timing considerations with the assistant manager.

The public transport access is very convenient. The staff were pleasant. They were also friendly and helpful . The breakfast choice presented excellent quality. It offered a large variety of options to choose from. I particularly appreciate the friendly service and would certainly consider returning.
I did noticed some noise from other guests late at night, especially loud music at certain hours.

the hotel is very clean. the location is a convenient seven-minute walk to shepherd's bush underground station. westfield shopping centre is also the same distance. i found the staff to be friendly and cute.
the bathroom was quite small, and the shower pressure was a little weak.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices I found appealing. The hotel facilities were notably clean. The provided breakfast had many options. The staff members were helpful and friendly .
My room looked somewhat dated I also noticed few of the typical amenities usually found in similar establishments were absent.

The staff addressed a faulty tap issue in mere minutes, which I appreciated.
My stay had some hiccups. The room felt quite small and tired and definitely needs some refurbishment. The seat looked dirty and I saw chipped paint, also the shower door wasn't clean.

I found the team lovely and helpful. the hotel is reasonably priced. the location is central. The mall is a short walk. the underground station is also conveniently close.
